在右欄的 mirror site 裡頭選

在右欄選 download R for windows

進入後，選 base，就可以下載最新版 R-3.0.0-win.exe

或點擊下列連結，直接到 thuhs 去下載，下載後要解壓縮，再進行安裝。

下載 Gui  介面 Tinn-R 2.4.1.7 並安裝:
